A non-invasive, highly sensitive assay that evaluates free-catch urine samples from dogs for the presence of cells harboring the b-raf mutation or specific copy number variations associated with Transitional Cell Carcinoma/ Urothelial Carcinoma/ Prostatic carcinoma. The assay identifies 95% of TCC/UC cases. It can be used to diagnose TCC/UC and monitor dogs undergoing treatment for remission and relapse.

Interferences: cystocentesis drawn urine.

Radiation and Chemotherapy are not interferences for the Cadet BRAF/BRAF Plus test assay; however, they may affect the tumor itself which may influence results.

Note: urine sample should be free catch. Do not freeze.
