What information of yours may be collected through the Zoasis site?

Laboratory orders, results, and consultations are not shared or made available with any parties other than the clinic associated with that laboratory account. Zoasis does give you the ability to share this information at your own discretion by providing download and print features in the lab reports module.

We use postal and shipping companies to ship products. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
We may partner with other parties to provide specific services. When you sign up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. For example, certain supply providers will require reference information in order to be able to extend you credit. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

In addition, we may disclose personally identifiable user information to others when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with the requirements of the law or a legal process served on us.

If your personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if you no longer desire our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove your personal data accordingly. This can usually be done at the member information page, by the designated site administrator in individual veterinary hospitals or by contacting our Customer Service Department at by email.
